CATHEDRAL MOTOR INN, Bendigo – A Smart Stay in the City

I loved the convenience of this hotel being within easy walking distance to the center of Bendigo. The room, although a bit older styled, was fabulous, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, opposite the big Sacred Heart Cathedral, and just a 10-minute walk from the town center. The delivered dining was always hot and beautifully presented. Although the rooms could do with some bright artwork, this hotel offers great value for money.

The hotel had extremely spacious rooms with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was located on the ground floor at the front of the premises and was pretty warm upon arrival with the curtains open. The room was allocated at the price quoted.

The hotel was like a little unit that had everything I needed, including a kitchenette in the room. It was excellent, clean, and spacious, though there was no noise abatement. The service was exceptional; staff were exceptionally helpful to our basketball team, very friendly, and always pointing out local restaurants. The location was fantastic as everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance, near the city centre, and next door to a landmark cathedral. The dining experience was delicious and perfectly cooked, although the distance of the room from the kitchen affected promptness. The facilities were up to standard, and the homemade jams were a nice touch.
